The Studio
A large room with its own en-suite, a mini lounge with TV and coffee table and kitchenette. The studio is independent of the main building and is located on the ground floor. (£650 Mon – Fri. Available some weekends. Please enquire.)
The Double Room
On the first floor of the main building. It has access to its own large shower room, although it is not en-suite. Only very occassionally, this shower room is shared with one other room. (£550 Mon – Fri)
The Single Room
On the ground floor of the main house. It has access to an adjacent shower room, which may be used by other guests during the day. (£500 Mon – Fri)

The standard price comprises:

***We always try to get organic produce. However, it is occasionally not possible to do so.
Prices:
In order to maintain such low prices, we need to tidy our guests up to Monday to Friday stays. That way, you benefit from a wonderful affordable Monday to Friday offer and we benefit from having a weekend.
However, we also endeavour to be flexible wherever possible, so please contact us for
stays over weekends and other dates.

Pets
Occasionally we may be able to
accommodate a very well behaved pet who is able stay in the room with you unless it comes out on a lead for a walk for £30.
* We reserve the right to charge more for damages or extra cleaning.
*Arrivals after 12 pm – departures by 3 pm
As you will see below, our prices for services and a few suggested supplements and aids are extremely competitive. We provide with a basic residential service. You can then add any extras and ensure you are in control of your budget and pay for what you actually want to use.
